Hikvision showcased machine vision products with Phoxter at International Technical Exhibition on Image Technology and Equipment 2017 in Japan
YOKOHAMA, JAPAN – December 6 through 8, 2017, Hikvision attended International Technical Exhibition on Image Technology and Equipment 2017 (ITE 2017) , which took place at PACIFICO YOKOHAMA Hall D Booth 74 in Japan, with Phoxter. This exposition deploys zones including but not limited to the robot vision, light sources and lighting, gathering cutting-edge machine vision products from exhibitors all over the world.
At this exposition, Hikvision showcased whole series of machine vision products including Hikvisoin high-resolution industrial area scan cameras, line scan cameras, 3D cameras, smart cameras, vision box, lenses and vision software platforms, drawing attention from professional clients in related industries.
25MP high resolution camera with 30fps through 10GigE
▲Image captured by 25MP 10GigE camera
Hikvision 10GigE camera can reach the maximum transmission bandwidth of 10 Gbps, and the frame rate can reach 30fps at 25MP resolution. This camera is compatible with GigE interfaces, which makes the camera as a high cost-effective acquisition and transmission solution. This camera can also be compatible with GigE Vision and GenlCam protocol. The Hikvision 10GigE camera could be applied in high-precision processing and detection in 3C manufacture, metal processing, electronic semiconductor and other fields.
X86 smart camera with barcode reading in large DoF
▲Code-reading by X86 smart camera
With high resolution and frame rate, X86 smart camera adapts to different types of static and dynamic barcode reading. It can also be combined with multiple cameras to realize larger DoF and FOV. With the maximum DoF of 700 millimeter, X86 smart camera can efficiently read barcode in the defocused, abnormally spotted, and scratched images beyond the DoF.
VisionMaster deep learning OCR algorithm
▲GUI of VisionMaster
Newly developed VisionMaster OCR tool, with recognition rate of nearly 100%, utilizes a deep learning OCR algorithm based on convolution neural networks and attention models. Without the need for segmentation of characters, direct end-to-end recognition can be achieved. It can deal with multiple lines, twisting, complex background, dot matrix and other issues, which greatly enhances the OCR algorithm performance. It could be widely applied in the recognition of production dates, acquisition of batch numbers and identification of digital labels.
Moreover, Hikvision also showcased entire series of machine vision products including Hikvisoin industrial area scan cameras, line scan cameras, 3D cameras, smart cameras, vision box, lenses and vision software platforms drawing attention from numerous booth visitors. In corporation with Phoxter products, Hikvision industrial cameras also showcased the advantages of capturing high-speed moving objectives in short exposure time, comparison of the effect of CCS light source, etc.
