HIkvision showcased the mobile robot at “Smart Logistics” zone at HUAWEI “Eco-Connect Europe 2017”
HUAWEI ECO-CONNECT EUROPE 2017 (HCE 2017) event, Huawei’s annual European flagship event, took place at the City Cube in Berlin, Germany from October 26th to 27th, 2017.
With the theme of “Go Digital, Go Cloud”, the event gathered guests including Vincent Pang, President of Western European Region, Huawei. It also attracted more than two-thousand partners, clients, analysts and tech influencers. Through series events such as keynote speeches and exhibitions, the event centered discussions on how we can increase a successful future Digital Life & Business in Europe, explored the myriad possibilities of digital, and demonstrated some of the empowering ways to benefit from digital ecosystems and technologies.
Hikvision mobile robots, which could integrate with Huawei LTE-U network, were on display at the “Smart Logistics” zone. A number of visitors came to the booth and got inspired by the latest unmanned smart mobile robot logistics solutions.
Our representatives met and spoke with attendees at the booth
Self-developed Hikvision mobile robot adopts visual or laser SLAM navigation to realize millimeter level accuracy and multi-level protection, and it can operate in Wi-Fi environment. We are aiming at the inner logistics to help intelligent manufacturing upgrade.
Robot control system (RCS) allows the robots in groups to work together without interfering with each other's operation. Intelligent warehouse management system (iWMS), can realize random storage of materials to improve the utilization of the storage space, while conducting real-time dynamic adjustment of materials in hot and cold areas to improve the outbound delivery efficiency. So far it has been applied in technology products manufacturing, automobile manufacturing, retailing, third-party logistics, food and beverage, and medical care industries.
In the “smart manufacturing” application in Hikvision Tonglu production base, one of the world’s largest security manufacture industry base, has adopted nearly 800 robots to operate coordinately, covering all functions required such as inbound delivery, outbound delivery, stock transfer, allocation, and inventory for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. The smart warehouse solution reduces the labor manpower cost by 58%, and improves the efficiency by 84%
Catering to different customer needs and operating environment, we are launching new series of Hikvision mobile robot – smart transferring robot-forklift series and compound series. Our robot model varies from lifting to roller and forklift models. In addition, it can operate under complex internal controlled environment. We are always improving the coordinating performance and system flexibility for multiple robots.
