From June 11 to 15, Hikrobot and Huawei jointly presented their latest products in intelligent manufacturing to the world at CEBIT 2018 in Hanover, Germany, as their efforts to light up the digital future.
Focusing on the digital transformation of business and society, CEBIT 2018 set up four sections, namly d!conomy, d!tec, d!talk and d!campus. Around 3,000 enterprises from 70 countries gathered here to demonstrate the new trends in AI, IoT, big data analytics, cloud computing, self-driving cars, and blockchain.
The Wireless Future of Connected Factory
At Booth No. C01, Pavilion 13 of the Hannover Exhibition Center, we demonstrated the deep integration of Hikvision's mobile robots and Huawei's eLTE-U technology. Together with KUKA's robotic arm, we have created unmanned intelligent robot logistics solutions.
The KUKA robotic arm places the cartons, which represent goods, on the mobile robots.
Hikvision's mobile robots can read the QR codes on the ground to orderly move the goods under the command of the Robot Control System (RCS).
Hikvision's mobile robots pass through the gantry, at which point the goods are scanned by the Hikvision X86 Smart Code Reader Camera overhead, and the robots will then return the goods to the KUKA robotic arm.
Based on Hikvision's technology accumulation in video and audio, imaging acquisition, core algorithms, and other areas, Hikrobot integrates deep learning and other technologies to promote the intelligence of robots and forges ahead into smart manufacturing with its partners.
